You’ve heard me talk about cycle charting a million times, and now I’m putting together a course called Charting Your Cycle 101. Before I launch it to the world, I need your help.

I’m inviting YOU to be part of a free test run of the course at my place. It’s super relaxed, just us hanging out, learning all the juicy details about cycles, hormones, and how charting can change your life.
